Sons & Daughters currently only ships within New Zealand! We deliver to all residential and business addresses across the country.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched!
Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery after dispatched.
North Island: 1-3 business days
South Island: 2-4 business days
Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1-2 business days!
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping: $10 NZD
Free Shipping: On orders over $100 NZD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns:
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return eligibility:
You may return an item if:
- It is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
How to return an item:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- Then wait for return approval and instructions
- Send your item back using a tracked courier
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement.
